HomeGallop Into The New Website!
Here It Is!!
The Moment is here!! After a year of planning, starting, delaying, getting side tracked, hours and hours of loading a seemingly endless amount of photos and text, and then in the end crunching down, persevering and getting it done, the new website is finally ready for launch. Ten years since the last major upgrade, it was well overdue.
The website is now more closely compatible with small screen devices (phones, iPad, etc), has a better online booking form and updated tour calendar. And then there are lots and lots of new photos, which have been collected over the recent years.
The best photos are from US Photographer Katie Kaizer (January 2014), NSW State Forest photo shoot (Sept. 2014) and from photographers at Endurance rides (2013-2014). The rest were taken by me (Kathy) and horse riding guests. I was lucky to have many very keen and talented photographers with excellent camera's come on the rides with me. Thank you all for sharing these beautiful images, especially the brilliant Katie Kaizer who did such an amazing job last year and it was so much fun (www.katiekaizerphotography.com).
For everybody who likes to follow what's happening at Kerewong, please join the Newsletter to receive regular updates. This gives you, in particular the people who are not on social media like Facebook, the chance to stay in touch with Kerewong in this little part of the big country that is Australia.
Jimmy The Arabian and Jedda Dog now also have blog pages and will post regular updates about their points of view.
I hope everybody will enjoy looking through the Photo Albums. The photo gallery slideshows make great time-wasters while sitting at your office desk. Maybe you will find yourself in one of them. There are many more photos to come; as there is such a large amount of photos they will be slow released into the galleries in the next few weeks / months so don't forget to come back and check for news.
I'd love some feedback about the website, so please send your comments about any problems with navigation etc and suggested improvements (use the form on the contact page with "website feedback" selected). This website is very much a working project and changes / improvements are still conducted in the coming weeks / months.
Best person saved for last: my "website person" or officially. I know now, she's called an Internet Business Consultant (I hope I got it right). Dianne, thank you so much for creating this monster with me and working though it with me "organically", for putting up with the difficult horse client and all the communication problems (these hopeless immigrants), we got it in the end and I really really appreciate the effort you have put into this. Now we both just have to keep feeding this monster.
Happy Horse Riding!
Kathy
